Which data and for what purpose

Identity and contact data (name, phone, email) — to answer your request and manage the subscription relationship.

For subscribers: your employees data is processed on your instruction and on your behalf. You are the controller of that data; we are the processor.

Legal basis

Performance of a contract and legitimate interest under Article 5 of the Law, and your explicit consent where the law requires it.

Transfer

Data is not transferred abroad except to hosting infrastructure inside the European Union, under a data processing agreement.

Your rights

Under Article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, ask for correction or deletion, and object to results produced by automated analysis.

Send your request in writing and we answer within thirty days.
