What we collect from the site

Your name, WhatsApp number, restaurant name, number of restaurants, and whatever you write in the notes field.

We place no advertising trackers and share nothing you write with any third party for marketing.

Your restaurant data after subscribing

Your staff, payroll and sales data live in a separate database that is yours alone — never mixed with any other customer.

Our management console holds none of your business data. It holds descriptive data only: subscriber name, number of branches and staff, and system version. No employee names, no salaries, no sales.

Support access

We never enter your data silently. Any support access requires a written reason, is limited to thirty minutes, shows you a banner inside the system, and is written to a log that cannot be edited or deleted from.

Retention and deletion

Demo requests are kept for two years then deleted. Subscriber data stays for the life of the subscription, then is archived for ninety days after it ends before final deletion.

You can request a full copy of your data, or its deletion, by contacting us.

Security

Traffic is fully encrypted, passwords are hashed, and backups are daily and encrypted. No database port is opened to the internet.
