WE CODE THE FUTURE

Restaurant software, written by someone who runs restaurants

Attendance, payroll, stock, couriers and reports — wired to your POS and printed on your printers. Not a spec a developer read, but problems a restaurant owner lived.

Running today in real restaurants — not in a slide deck

930 releases on a live system
132 tables in the database
885 business functions
14:00→01:00 a shift that crosses midnight

Not features — these are your problems

Every line here was written because it cost a restaurant real money. A competitor funded with a million dollars does not know some of these are problems at all.

Shawarma stocktake

Spit weight against sales and staff meals — so the shortfall shows up in meat, not in guesswork.

Bank transfer reconciliation

The bank statement matched day by day, catching the missing days and the ones entered on the wrong date.

Cash handover shortfall

What the manager counted at home against what was actually handed over — and the gap lands on whoever handed it.

Courier pay week

Saturday to Friday cut off at 06:00, coverage transferred between couriers, settlement from the cashier.

Staff meal budget

Two meals and a drink per shift, and the night meal ordered before midnight.

Per-restaurant print routing

The ticket prints on the restaurant printer, not the employee branch — the difference between a ticket that arrives and one that vanishes.

SambaPOS integration

Sales figures pulled straight from your POS, so nobody types them and nobody mistypes them.

Reading the Z report by camera

The cashier photographs the bank slip, AI reads it and fills the row — after the total is verified.

Branch tasks & points

A task assigned to a person or a branch, approved with proof, its points added — a leaderboard that motivates the team without a speech.

Live sales board

A payment-mix donut, hourly sales, top items and per-restaurant shares — read at a glance, straight from your POS.

From request to first shift

The first setup is what kills systems or makes them work. So we sit through it with you — we do not hand you a manual.

  1. 1

    You book a demo

A short call where we learn your restaurant: how many branches, how many staff, which POS you use.

  2. 2

    We provision your system

A database of your own and a domain in your name — two minutes, not weeks.

  3. 3

We set it up with you

Branches, shifts and staff from a file; the menu from a ready template — you only adjust prices.

  4. 4

    Your staff scan a code

The manager shows the screen and staff scan in turn. Zero typing, zero passwords.

Clear pricing

Two plans, not five. The reference price is in dollars and you are invoiced in lira at the rate of the day.

Questions asked before signing

Is my restaurant data mixed with other restaurants?

No. Every subscriber gets a fully separate database with its own role. No query crosses between two databases, so leaking your payroll to a competitor is impossible by structure, not by promise.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your data stays yours. The system becomes read-only after a seven-day grace period — you keep reading and exporting everything, you just stop writing new records.

Do you work with my POS?

SambaPOS is integrated directly. For others we pull from the database or the export file — tell us which one you run and we answer honestly.

How long is setup?

The system is provisioned in under a minute. The real setup — branches, shifts, staff, menu — takes a day or two, and we do it with you.

Book a live demo

We call you within one business day. We show the system on realistic data — no slides.
